A simple and sophisticated way to adorn doors or windows, french poles follow the traditional returning curve of antique french hardware. Here @stitchandgather has used a 25 mm French pole to provide a stylish and practical solution to a draughty front door. As no central bracket is required, the curtain can stack back neatly to the side of the door when not in use.

French poles come in two styles, Steel and Mio. Steel French brackets have rounded design elements, while the Mio design follows the more angular, linear personality of this collection. Both collections have a neat 100mm standard projection and are made to measure.
